Book Selling

“Book Selling”
WALT choose the right information about a book we have read, that will encourage others to want to read it when we share it with them.

Title of book
Charlie and the Chocolate factory.
Tell us about the author
Roald Dahl was a fun and creative children's author. He loved to write stories about all different kinds of kids. Some of his most famous books were; Matilda, Charlie and the chocolate factory and Fantastic Mr fox which were all made into fabulous movies.
Explain who the characters are using descriptive language.

Charlie, is the main character in this book he is a helpful, kind and loyal sort of person who didn’t take things for granted.

Willy wonka, the proud owner of the marvelous chocolate factory is a jolly person who has a the weirdest thoughts.

Tell us enough about the beginning of the story so that everyone will understand what they are about to read.
When the news breaks out into george's city that there is a competition to get into willy wonka's factory everyone goes wild. Will george find one of the five lucky tickets?.......

Finally, read an exciting, interesting, or amusing passage from your book. (Stop reading at a moment that leaves the audience hanging and add "If you want to know more you’ll have to read the book."
